FEES:
The fees associated for your consultation or endodontic treatment will be based on the required treatment as prescribed by Dr, Hallen and Dr. Sha at the time of your visit with us.
FINANCIAL POLICY:
There is a Consultation Fee for your visit at Ridge Meadows Endodontics. During this visit Dr. Hallen or Dr. Sha will discuss with your the number of expected visits, required treatment and cost based on the extent of your treatment.
For you convenience we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and cash. Consultation Appointments are payable by patient at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. As a courtesy to those who have dental insurance we will submit any necessary filings to assist in you recieving any reimbursements due to you. Endodontic Appointments usually range from $900 to $2,000. To assist your needs we are now accepting assigment from qualified dental insurance companies.

INSURANCE:
Most dental insurance coverage is based on the Annual Suggested Fee Guide for Dental Treatment Services published by the BC Dental Association. The fees in our office are Specialist Fees and are often highter than the General Practicioners Fees, as well as most insurance coverage. Please remember as a patient you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
On completion of treatment our office will collect the required payment as agreed upon between you and the Doctors, then generate and submit the appropriate insurance forms required if necessary.
